Apply for REACH Membership

Interested in becoming a member of REACH? Applying is easy!

A focus of REACH has been to make resources and events as accessible as possible to our members. For now, there are no membership fees.

Please note that all individuals interested in applying for membership or registering as a user on our website are required to upload an electronic and detailed copy of their resume or their LinkedIn profile. Given the simplicity of the application process we require when applying to REACH, we ask that you submit a detailed resume or LinkedIn profile so that we can review your application materials in a timely manner.

Over the years, we have grown to understand that a job title does not determine what your actual role is, and in fact many Executive and Personal Assistants have other titles (i.e., Administrative Assistant IV, Office Manager, Chief of Staff, Office Coordinator, etc.). Please understand that the scope of your responsibilities and experience are what we consider in reviewing your application for membership, NOT your job title. If you have the responsibilities of an Executive or Personal Assistant, please be sure your resume or LinkedIn profile reflects that.

While REACH is intended for individuals who are or have recently been Executive or Personal Assistants, we do not limit membership to individuals who are currently employed. If you are currently out of work but have most recently been in an assistant role, you may still qualify for membership with REACH.

Unfortunately, those interested in pursuing a career change into an assistant role but who do not have previous experience may not qualify for membership with REACH.

All fields are required for consideration for membership. With regard to the name or title of your employer, the title is often most relevant, but if you support an individual who is largely public-facing, their name(s) may reflect the level of support you are expected to provide and therefore may qualify you for membership.
